This website, www.oragany.com, is operated by Oragany, marketed by Pivush Enterprises, Surat, Gujarat, India ("Oragany", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and information

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Packaging, labels and colours may vary slightly from the images shown. Always read the label, ingredients and allergen information on the pack before use. Information on this site is for general purposes only.

3. Health notice

Dietary supplements such as ashwagandha capsules are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, please talk to your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers can change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order will apply to that order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. 5. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing or product information errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oragany is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
