This policy applies to all purchases made on www.oragany.com from Oragany, marketed by Pivush Enterprises, Surat, Gujarat, India. Please read it before you place an order.
1. Food and wellness products are non-returnable
Oragany sells food, beverage and dietary supplement products. For reasons of hygiene and food safety, all products are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been delivered, including opened or unopened packs, change of mind, taste preference or ordering the wrong product.
2. When we do offer a refund or replacement
We will offer a refund or replacement only in these cases, and only with proof:
- The product was received damaged or broken.
- The product received is defective or leaking.
- The product received is different from what you ordered.
3. Proof required
To claim, email care@oragany.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and:
- clear photos of the product and the outer packaging showing the damage or defect, and
- an unboxing video showing the parcel being opened, where possible.
Claims made without proof, or after 48 hours of delivery, cannot be accepted.
4. How a valid claim is handled
Once we receive your proof, our team will review it, usually within 2 to 3 business days. If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement or refund the amount at our discretion. We may ask you to return the product in some cases, and we will tell you how.
5. Refund timelines
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method and usually reach your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will ask for your bank or UPI details to send the refund.
6. Order cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing care@oragany.com or calling +91 97279 07006 with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
