Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. We do not ship outside India at this time.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation (or order confirmation for Cash on Delivery). Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

3. Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or events outside our control.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking details by email or SMS.

6. Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or because it could not be delivered, re-shipping charges may apply.
